This scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $1,000 to one Hermantown High School student who has participated in HYSA or similar program during his or her youth. The award will be given upon successful completion of the first term at a post-secondary school.

There will be no restrictions on application for this scholarship on the basis of race, sex, color, creed, nationality, employment, or employment of relatives.
