Project Survey Objective

Contract Management is the process which ensures both parties to a contract fully understand their respective obligations and that these are fulfilled as efficiently and effectively as possible to ensure that what is agreed is actually delivered by suppliers or partners. The process runs from identification of the requirement through to completion of contract.

You are asked to complete this survey that will contribute to academic research for a  Diploma in Public Procurement Project on Contract Management to maintain and continuously improve the strategic procurement and operational management of Harvesting and Haulage services for Coillte Forest in compliance with European Public Procurement rules. The aim of this survey is to pose several questions to key stakeholders in Irish Forestry relating to the development of improved contract management processes in the sector.
