Rod Francisco FCPHR
Currently I am the Network Convenor for Mackay. Whilst not a Queenslander, Queensland has been my home for the last 15 years and having lived in some big cities I can appreciate the true tyranny of distance for AHRI members in regional Queensland. I am working with current State Council members on improving the AHRI engagement with members in regional Queensland. My passion and focus is on growing HR talent – whether it be here in Mackay, Queensland or elsewhere. It is also about promoting HR leaders and leadership.

Nadia Golenkova CPHR
I am a future focused, passionate HR professional with over 12 years’ experience in delivering both generalist and specialised HRM solutions to private enterprise. With a pragmatic style backed by postgraduate qualifications, I’m motivated to represent HR as a true business partner and key driver of strategic and commercial outcomes.  My contribution to the QLD State Council would include my energetic, collaborative, and data-driven approach, as well as a passion for the continued professionalisation of our industry. A key area of interest for me is greater representation of SME and private business perspectives at AHRI.

David Concannon MAHRI – on Certification Journey
Having left Ireland 8 years ago, I have benefited greatly from the support of the fantastic Qld HR Community. Nominating for State Council presents a unique opportunity to repay this support. Helping to establish the Emerging Professionals’ Network, teaching HR at QUT across undergraduate, postgraduate and MBA levels, along with my role building workforce planning organisational capability at the Dept of Education has given me a unique insight to the challenges faced by HR professionals of all levels across the State. I respectfully request your support for nomination to the Qld State Council and thank you for your consideration”
