PreK Survey 2020-21

This survey will help ETV Education learn best how to serve PreK families, childcare providers and educators.  

Estimated Completion Time:  5 minutes (or more if optional feedback is provided)

Respondents who complete the survey by April 30 (previously April 15), 2021 will be entered for a chance to win a cool prize! Winners will be announced on May 7 (previously April 23), 2021 at scetv.org/education. 

PRIZES:

1 Winner: iPad, valued at $550
(The drawing for this prize also includes respondents who complete our PreK-12 survey.)

1 Winner: PBS Tablet, valued at $80

3 Winners: ETV Swag Pack, $50 value each

* We've added an additional drawing for a Google Home device for any respondents who complete a survey by April 15, 2021. The winner will be notified via email and announced on May 7 also. Note: The winner of the Google Home device will still be entered for a chance into the other drawings.
