Dane County Employers - Workforce Housing Survey

Purpose - Dane County employers have identified numerous challenges in obtaining and retaining employees. The purpose of this survey is to 1) determine if Dane County employers are aware of a current housing supply gap for workforce housing, if yes 2) whether this impacts their ability to recruit and retain employees. The survey has 14 questions.

Reporting - Your answers are important to us. Responses from the survey will help us understand your workforce needs, and develop public policies and resources that better support your business and employees. The summary of results will be outlined in a brief report.

Confidentiality - The results of the survey are completely confidential and will be reported in the aggregate ONLY. All questions are optional unless noted "required."

The Dane County Housing Initiative (DCHI) is a public-private partnership of residents, elected officials, chambers, financial institutions, housing developers and non-profit housing agencies, coordinated by Dane County. DCHI works to bring people, information and resources together, facilitate communication and learning, and help build strategies to expand housing options in Dane County.
