During the Thursday, April 4, 2024 IBPA Annual Meeting of Members, all IBPA members in good standing are free to speak on any matter of interest to the community. Those interested should submit their intention to speak using this online form prior to March 15, 2024 so room can be made for them on the agenda.
Each member will have three minutes to speak. If the member is in the middle of a sentence when time is called, they may finish their thought before stopping. The time guidelines ensure that others will have an opportunity to speak. Speakers may not allot their time to someone else.
