A little bit about the survey
The Wyndham Sports Strategy will provide Council with a plan to shape the future of sport for our residents, what we build and how we build it.
We look forward understanding your experience of sport and physical activity in Wyndham.

The survey is one per person and can be filled out multiple times for different people in your family. When responding for another person please ensure you speak with them and respond to the answer as if it were them. e.g. How old are you?, would refer to their age not yours.
The more people who fill out a survey, the more we can understand what everyone needs to stay active in Wyndham.
