2026 Management & Leadership Programme Application

Introduction

The Management & Leadership Training Programme (MLP) is a high-impact development opportunity for senior and middle managers in the not-for-profit specialist advice sector.

This 9-month intensive programme is designed to equip middle and senior managers with the leadership and management skills needed to drive change, strengthen teams, and deliver lasting impact.

Please read the MLP 2026 Programme Brochure and the MLP 2026 Participants Agreement before completing this application.
1.This application has two separate parts:
* Learner section – to be completed by the person applying for the course.
* Sponsor section – to be completed by the learner’s line manager, Chief Executive, or the Chair

Important:
Each part of the application is submitted separately in SurveyMonkey.
This means the learner will submit their section, and the sponsor will need to submit their own section using the same link.

After you have completed your section, please notify the other person so they can complete theirs. We will combine both submissions when reviewing the application.
