Take this survey to help shed light on long COVID

Connection to information and support is a critical factor in the journey to healing for people who have long COVID. Long COVID is a term to describe the effects of COVID-19 that continue for weeks or months beyond the initial illness. Symptoms typically appear in two groups: 1) respiratory, such as a cough and feeling breathless, but also includes fatigue and headaches; or 2) affecting many parts of the body, including the heart, brain and the gut.

At CaringBridge, we are asking these questions to help shed light on this syndrome. If you believe you have or had long COVID, please take this 19-question survey.  It will take roughly 5 minutes.  We will publish our findings here so that all may benefit.
Thank you!
