About the study
Mthente Research & Consulting Services is conducting this study on behalf of the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA). The study aims to understand what private security employees know about the Private Security Sector Provident Fund (PSSPF) and their experiences with it. The findings will help improve how information, complaints and claims are handled for employees in the industry.
What the survey covers
The survey asks about provident fund contributions, your employer’s responsibilities, how to raise complaints or submit claims, and any challenges you may have experienced. It takes about 15 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer based on what you know or have experienced.
