Community Practice Surgeon Mentor Interest Survey

The Community Practice Surgeons (CPS) Committee is seeking volunteer mentors for the CPS Mentorship Program. This one-year program, developed in collaboration with the Community Practice Surgeons Committee, is designed to foster meaningful mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Mentors will be expected to connect regularly with their mentees, including meetings prior to the SSO 2027 and SSO 2028 annual meetings, as well as in-person engagement during the meetings themselves. Selected mentors should be committed to maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the program and participating in CPS Committee meetings alongside their mentee.
