Intersections of Domestic Violence and Primary Healthcare Focus Survey 2022

We are conducting a focus survey of The Hotline’s users to learn more about the intersections of domestic violence and primary healthcare. This survey is part of the Survivor Health Connection Project (SHCP), a collaboration between the Administration of Children and Families (ACF), Family and Youth Services Bureau; Heath Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC); and HRSA Office of Women’s Health. The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Futures Without Violence’s National Health Resource Center (HRC) on Domestic Violence has supported health care practitioners, administrators and systems, domestic violence experts, survivors, and policy makers at all levels as they improve health care’s response to domestic violence.
