Week 1: Animal Companionship Activity - Spend 15 mindful minutes with your or a friend's pet.

Week 2: Work/Life Balance Activity - Do not skip meals, take a 30-minute walk, or take small breaks throughout the day to clear your head.

Week 3: Recreation/Social Connection Activity - Meet new people by attending a social event or volunteering or visit with a family member or friend

Week 4: Spirituality Activity - Take 20 minutes to decompress through yoga or mediation to begin journaling by writing about three positive things that happened to you this week.

Week 5: Humor Activity - Do something you loved as a kid or something you always wanted to do that you haven't.
