Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized with a Maine CHW/Ally Excellence Award? Please nominate someone you feel has significantly contributed to the CHW profession.

During the 4th Annual CHW Summit, we will recognize one CHW, one CHW Supervisor, and one Ally for their outstanding work with community members and CHWs. All nominations and winners will participate in a recognition ceremony during the event lunch.
