Working Families Success Network - Program Evaluation Participants

The Working Families Success Network, which includes United Way and LISC, has contracted with Mathematica Policy Research to conduct a broad evaluation of Integrated Service Delivery with the goal of better understanding how services are bundled, the clients that get most benefit from integrated services, and the organizational capacities are needed for successful implementation.   

A key component of the evaluation is a site survey, which will gather data on the type of services that are provided and how they are integrated.  United Way Worldwide is seeking organizations that offer integrated services to participate in the site survey.  If you are interested, please include your contact information in the form below.
