Dear Co-chairs: The TSC and PIC look for ways to improve the effectiveness of the working group meetings. As WG co-chairs, you are in the best position to help identify factors that can be improved to ensure that your WG's sessions are most effective.

This brief survey is designed to gather your thoughts and insight on the recent WGM in Atlanta, GA,and will be used to assist in planning of future WGMs. Each WG is asked to complete and submit one survey.
