Community Questionnaire
Middletown Township is in the process of updating its Park, Recreation and Open Space (PROS) Plan, which will guide important park, recreation and open space policies for the next ten years. The Task Force, comprised of your fellow citizens, would like your input as they seek to formulate strategies that can be implemented by the Township.
This survey will take approximately five minutes and your answers will be kept confidential, then compiled results will be made public. In addition to the survey, there will be a Community Forum that we encourage you to attend on May 5th, 2021 at 5:00PM at the Middletown Township Building, 27 N. Pennell Road, Media, PA 19063.
