Relativity is excited to begin accepting nominations for our Stellar Women in e-Discovery Award. Inspired by our ongoing Stellar Women in e-Discovery podcast, this award will celebrate a woman of the year who strives to make the industry a better place.

Relativity is excited to begin accepting nominations for our Stellar Women in e-Discovery Award. Inspired by our ongoing Stellar Women in e-Discovery podcast, this award will celebrate a woman of the year who strives to make the industry a better place.
Stellar women eligible for this award span any job role and:
- Embody a spirit of “paying it forward” to build the pipeline of women in technology: offer pro bono work, tutor students, mentor others
- Break barriers—questioning “the way things always have been” to find a better way
- Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and sharing what they know—inside their own organizations and out into the greater tech community
- Champion the use of new technology to drive efficiency in their organizations
Individuals who were nominated or finalists in previous years are eligible for this award. Additionally, 2020 Stellar Women in e-Discovery podcast guests are eligible for this award.

An internal awards committee will determine a list of finalists based on the qualifications above. Finalists will advance to a round of community voting in the third quarter. We’ll announce award winners in each category at Relativity Fest.
Our team will be reaching out to each nominee making them aware of their nomination, including who nominated them. We will follow up with each nominee about next steps in the process.
