The City has provided a boundary for a study area that encompasses the Sherwood Shopping Center and neighboring properties. It wishes to engage in a design and planning exercise that will provide a vision and development strategy. The exercise shall be efficient to respect a possible moratorium on rezoning and permits and establishes a way forward for the site, the adjacent property and business owners, and the City. The process will be led by key feedback coming from neighboring property and business owners. The survey below will help in gaining that feedback about the current state of the study area and thoughts for its future.
