Connecting Future Leaders

Since 2013, members of TXCPA Houston have participated in a four-week professional development and networking program to enhance skills needed to effectively lead within their profession and community. The 2023 program will provide participants with tools to increase their executive leadership competencies of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.

Program overview: Each session will progressively delve deeper into competencies. It will kick off with a personalized assessment utilizing The Birkman Method, fostering self awareness. This will be followed by sessions on conflict management and refining interpersonal communication skills.
