Citizen of the Year
Criteria: Any goodwill ambassador who lives in the Town of Milton and has shown compassion through their unique contributions that has led to the betterment of the Milton community within the last 12 months.

Lifetime Achievement
Criteria: Any community leader who lives in and has participated in the progression and success of the Town of Milton for a minimum of 20 years. This individual has devoted them self continuously throughout their lifetime and has a resume full of contributions and achievements in a variety of different facets (e.g., service, arts, sports, etc.).

Joyce Hagevik Volunteer of the Year
Criteria: Any local businessperson who lives, works, and volunteers in the Town of Milton. This individual has shown resilience, compassion and determination during COVID-19. They have volunteered their time and energy towards supporting the success of the Milton business community.

Business Person of the Year
Criteria: Any individual from private sector business or industry who operates in the Town of Milton, and has been employed for a minimum of 5 years. This good corporate citizen has demonstrated the following: the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, safeguard people and assets, made contributions to the Milton community, while maintaining continuous business operations during COVID-19.

Resilient Business of the Year - Small Business (1 - 10 Employees)
Criteria: Any private sector business with 1 - 10 employees that has a physical presence in the Town of Milton or is a member of the Milton Chamber. Must have been in business for a minimum of 3 years. This business has demonstrated the following: good business standards and ethics, the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, safeguard people and assets, innovations in product/service/technology, contributions to the Milton community, while maintaining continuous business operations during COVID-19.

Resilient Business of the Year - Medium Business (11 - 25 Employees)
Criteria: Any private sector business with 11 - 25 employees that has a physical presence in the Town of Milton or is a member of the Milton Chamber. Must have been in business for a minimum of 3 years. This business has demonstrated the following: good business standards and ethics, the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, safeguard people and assets, innovations in product/service/technology, contributions to the Milton community, while maintaining continuous business operations during COVID-19.

Resilient Business of the Year - Large Business (26+ Employees)
Criteria: Any private sector business with 26+ employees that has a physical presence in the Town of Milton or is a member of the Milton Chamber. Must have been in business for a minimum of 3 years. This business has demonstrated the following: good business standards and ethics, the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, safeguard people and assets, innovations in product/service/technology, contributions to the Milton community, while maintaining continuous business operations during COVID-19.

Entrepreneur of the Year
Criteria: Any individual from private sector business or industry who has designed, launched, and runs their own business (rather than acquiring an existing business), operates in the Town of Milton, and is in their first 3 years of business. This good corporate citizen and leader has demonstrated the following: extraordinary entrepreneurship, the ability to rapidly adapt and respond to business disruptions, safeguard people and assets, innovations in product/service/technology, contributions to the Milton community, while maintaining continuous business operations during COVID-19.
