Thank you for taking the time to nominate a deserving individual for the CCN HVAC&R Leadership Awards - HVAC&R Leader of the Year.
A nominee need only be nominated once to be considered for a category award.
An individual can be nominated for multiple categories. Separate nominations are required for each category they are nominated in.
Nominees will be judged by the quality of the answers they provide in the nomination form.
Judges may require additional information regarding the information provided in the nomination form, and may need to contact the nominee to do so.

Awards will be presented at the CCN HVAC&R Awards industry breakfast, held on Tuesday 2nd August 2016.
