Many companies are offering specials and discounts during the COVID-19 emergency. We want to make sure that SCRHA rental property owners and managers are aware that you are still willing and able to service their property right now.

3.SCRHA is offering our Supplier Partners a chance to share your current specials in our May RentalAdvisor Magazine at no cost. Many of the services you provide are considered essential during the COVID-19 crisis. Moreover, many of those services are essential to the rental housing industry at all times. Please read on to submit your coupon by 5pm on Friday, May 22.

By submitting a file, you agree that the ad will run in the May 2020 issue of the RentalAdvisor Magazine. SCRHA will not make any edits to the copy or graphics unless to resize for space issues. Ads submitted are deemed final unless SCRHA is contacted on or before Tuesday, April 25 at 3pm. Coupon must include any licenses required by law; i.e. contractor license number. Advertiser agrees to assume all liability for the content of any advertisement or coupon they have published in RentalAdvisor Magazine and other related media owned by the SDMHC and SCRHA, including any claims arising from such a publication, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, commercial appropriation, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, copyright infringement, or violation of any local, state or federal laws. Advertisers agrees that by submitting a coupon, ad, or advertisement the advertiser will indemnify and defend and hold the SCRHA and SDMHC, its publication and website harmless of all claims valid or invalid, lawsuits, judgments, liabilities, damages and losses and expenses as well as attorney fees resulting from an advertisement placed by the advertiser or their ad agency.

Your coupon/ad must contain a specific offer, i.e. 10% off, free estimate, etc. 

Coupon Size: 1/8 Page = 3.625" (W) x 2.3125" (H)
  • Only PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF files are supported.
  • Images and advertisements must have resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Ad set to above sizing, cost may be incurred if ad needs to be resized.
  • PDF with fonts embedded and CMYK color settings.
  • Coupon must include any licenses required by law; i.e. contractor license number.

For just $50 (normally $100), we will take your coupon in the RentalAdvisor Magazine digital version to the next level with a video link.
