This survey is intended to collect information about estimated damages for your operation in the event that supplemental relief/recovery funding will be made available at a future date by either the federal or the state government.
By gathering this information, NCNLA, NC Cooperative Extension and the North Carolina Farm Bureau hope to share aggregate data (with no personal/company information included) with appropriate parties to most completely and accurately capture the extent of damage to green industry businesses in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew.
The survey contains four areas for Damage Assessment and Economic Loss Estimation. These include:
1) Crop Losses
2) System, Structure and Facility Losses
3) Stored Materials Losses
4) Machinery and Equipment Losses
Please complete, to the best of your knowledge, each section below that pertains to damages to your business operation. You may also upload pictures of any damage that you may have incurred in each survey section.
