In readiness for the launch of the Highlands Hub co-working space we're asking for your help to decide what courses/programs are best for our local community.  

We want to cater for professional development and training needs of local business owners, employees, start-ups and provide mentoring and masterclass opportunities to build our communities knowledge and help people connect, create, innovate and grow.

Scaling a Business - A 6-month program (2 days per month) for existing business that are looking to scale, pivot, restructure or are working through other significant events.
Masterclass Programs - 3 hour classes building skills useful to employees of local businesses, people looking to upskill and to business owners.
Workforce Attraction and Retention Workshops - 2 day workshop utilising local research and strategies.
Lunch and Learns - 45 minutes sessions on various topics and an opportunity to connect.
