Hello Fellow Chapter Members,
As a member of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans who lives in the West Cook County area of Chicago, the West Cook County Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans would like to ask you for a big favor. We would like to ask you for your opinion on a very short survey to help us plan special events for our membership. This is the survey you may have seen announced in our most recent chapter newsletter.
There are no wrong answers. We just want to make sure our Chapter Leadership is on the right course to provide meaningful events for you and your family.
The overall goal of Thrivent Financial for this year is to provide educational programs that deal with being wise with your money and living a life of generosity. Because both issues are very important in this tough economy, many of our programs are geared to these overall goals.
This survey is divided into these three sections:
Section One asks you to rate your interest in each of seven educational events selected from the Thrivent portfolio of workshops dealing with wise stewardship of our money.
Section Two asks you to rate your interest in each of seven events that our Chapter could sponsor to foster service and fellowship.
Section Three asks for your preferences as to when these events would be best scheduled, and also has a few optional questions that allow for some extra free-form input from you.
We truly appreciate your time in taking this survey, and hope to see you and your family members at many of our planned events. When you return this survey, please feel free to give us your comments and suggestions. We hope that the 2012 year will be a good one for you and your family.
