The Tennessee Independent Colleges and Universities Association (TICUA) is partnering with Healthier Tennessee to survey faculty, staff and students at TICUA member colleges and universities about health and wellness programs on their campuses. Healthier Tennessee is an initiative launched by the Governor’s Foundation for Health and Wellness to encourage greater numbers of Tennesseans to eat healthier, be more physically active, and not use tobacco products. This brief survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete, and asks for your opinion on different topics such as eating, exercise and tobacco usage at your campus. Any information you provide will be used to help Healthier Tennessee better understand the health behaviors of TICUA member campuses. In addition, the information collected will help Healthier Tennessee identify potential ways to support healthier living on your campus as well as at other TICUA member colleges and universities across the state. Data collected will not be used for any formal research purposes or reported publicly in any format and only is intended to help inform Healthier Tennessee’s programmatic efforts designed to benefit TICUA member institutions.
