Envisioning a Sustainable Farm and Fields grant program

Hello!

Consistent with objectives in the pertinent legislative budget proviso, we are developing recommendations that incorporate input from stakeholders for the creation of a Sustainable Farm and Fields grant program aimed at promoting voluntary actions on working farmlands “to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase the quantity of carbon stored on working lands while also supporting agricultural viability and addressing pressing water quality, habitat and soil health concerns.”

We are grateful for and excited about the enthusiastic response to this survey. We had planned to close it at the end of Wednesday, November 13, 2019. However, because there are many stakeholder groups who would like their members to have the opportunity to participate, we’ve decided to keep the survey open through the end of the year. Responses received on or before November 13 will be incorporated in the Sustainable Farm and Fields final report. We will provide an update on the survey in January.

With that in mind, please provide input to the questions or statements below. It should only take 5-10 minutes, and we truly appreciate your input.
