Skyline CAP is the designated community action agency for Greene, Madison and Orange counties. We are conducting a Community Needs Assessment and need your help with the survey below. Your feedback will assist us in developing services to help meet the needs of our communities.

Head Start - preschool program for 3- and 4-year-old children from income eligible families and children with disabilities. Focus is on preparing children for kindergarten and providing services to their families to improve their ability to be self-reliant.
Project Discovery - helping public school students in Madison and Orange overcome issues that could prevent them from graduating high school and exploring options for life after high school.
Housing Choice Voucher (Rental Assistance) - HUD housing programs to assist low-income individuals and families who can't afford to pay all their monthly rent.
Housing Counseling - help with obtaining or maintaining a residence, including homeownership and rental housing, tenant rights and responsibilities, etc.
1st Time Homebuyer - finding solutions for income-eligible families who want to buy their first home but need help with credit repair, down payment assistance, etc.
Rental Housing - income-based rental housing in Greene and Madison counties.
Emergency Home Repairs - improvements/repairs to existing homes for aging citizens and people with disabilities.
Healthy Families - voluntary home visit program focused on improving child welfare, health and development.
