Survey Introduction

This survey is to gain a better understanding of the experiences people have had when using the DIA's Framework for Destruction of Paper. Many organizations within the LIfe Sciences industry have reviewed and perhaps used the Framework for their own use. We are very glad. But, before seeking to update the Framework as we must now do, we would like to better understand your experiences and feedback.

Please respond within the month of April. If you do not know how to respond to a question, skip it. There are only a few required questions - those will remind you that an answer is necessary.

It is will be critical that we can summarize the results for the benefit of the Framework Update project as soon as possible.
