Quality Accounts are a way for NHS Foundation Trusts to demonstrate how well they are performing across 3 indicators of; patient safety; clinical effectiveness; and patient experience. We want to learn more about the areas you would most want us to concentrate on in our journey to achieve continued quality improvements.

When completing the questionnaire think about any recent experiences you have had of hospital and community based care. This can be experience you have had personally as a patient, with a family member or someone you care for.
