This survey is being sent to Huntsville and Madison County corporations and organizations to better understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and to seek input on how Huntsville has supported the resiliency of its businesses, organizations and citizens.

The survey is a joint effort conducted by Mayor Tommy Battle, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Exemplar City, Inc., and Huntsville’s technology initiatives (Geo, Energy, Cyber and Bio).

Results of the survey will be publicly distributed in May by the Chamber of Commerce and Exemplar City. Your company responses will not be identifiable. As incentive to complete the survey, participating companies will have an opportunity for a preview and discussion of the results. 

Exemplar City Background: Exemplar City is a 501c3 charitable non-profit organization founded in 2014 in Huntsville, and a sister organization to Huntsville’s technology initiatives in Energy, Geospatial, Cyber and Biotech. Exemplar City develops educational programs that municipal governments can follow when faced with a wide variety of challenges such as responding to a local emergency or crisis, mitigating economic impacts, facing overwhelming infrastructure demands, or dealing with workforce skill and capacity issues. The objective is to build safe, secure, and sustainable communities using integrated technology foundations and best practices.
