Health and Safety Reps: Your thoughts

As reported in SitRep - The FBEU is soon to enter into discussions with management about the Health and Safety systems and structures in place in FRNSW. To best inform these discussions we want to know the views of current HSRs. Nothing you share will be used individually and your name will not be shared with management. Together we can make sure we take a good look at how things are working now, and how they might be improved. Many of you have already been involved in meetings and emails about this work - if you are not involved yet - please register at the end of this survey.
