Eligibility: The Customer Feedback Survey Competition is open to current Henry Schein New Zealand account holders. Excludes Government & Pacific accounts. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and based in New Zealand. Employees of Henry Schein Regional Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period: The competition opens on 20 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the Customer Feedback Survey during the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Prize: One winner will receive: One $500 Prezzy Card; and A morning tea shout for the winner's dental practice, up to a maximum value of $300.
The value and arrangements for the morning tea will be determined by Henry Schein Regional Limited, taking into consideration the number of people employed at the winning practice, up to the maximum value stated above. The morning tea is subject to reasonable availability and any applicable dietary or delivery requirements. The total maximum prize value is $800.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The draw will take place after the competition closes.
Winner Notification and Announcement: The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their survey response or held on their Henry Schein account. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 business days of notification, Henry Schein Regional Limited reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Henry Schein Regional Limited may publicly announce their name and dental practice name in connection with the competition, including through Henry Schein New Zealand's website, email communications and social media channels.
Any additional use of the winner's image, photograph, testimonial or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to the winner's consent.
Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Henry Schein Regional Limited reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Any terms and conditions applicable to the Prezzy Card will also apply.
Privacy: Personal information collected as part of the survey and competition will be handled in accordance with Henry Schein New Zealand's applicable privacy policy. Information provided will be used for the purposes of administering the survey, conducting the prize draw, contacting and announcing the winner, and analysing customer feedback.
Survey Responses: Entry into the prize draw is not dependent on providing positive feedback. All eligible completed survey responses will have an equal opportunity to win, regardless of the feedback provided.
