   *  On line self-study learning modules and you will receive CME

   *  A 4 hour interactive SBIRT training and practice project planning session on October 5th

   *  A dedicated practice coach to help develop and implement a SBIRT quality project in your practice

   *  Quarterly group meetings with other practices to share experiences with integration with SBIRT

   *  Involvement by medical students and residents to help adopt adolescent targeted approaches to SBIRT and
       high impact messages using social media



The collaborative will include:

   *  On line self-study learning modules and you will receive CME
