ROSAH Syndrome Clinical Study Site Location Survey

Drug Farm is planning a future clinical research study for people living with ROSAH syndrome. This study may last for approximately one (1) year and require patients to periodically come in for study visits during this time. Before the study begins, we would like to hear from patients, families, and caregivers about where a study site would be easiest for them to access.

Your input will help us better understand where clinical study locations may be most helpful for the ROSAH community.
1.How far are you willing to travel to participate in a clinical study for ROSAH syndrome?
2.Please specify the city, state, and country where you would prefer a clinical study site to be located.
3.If you would like to suggest a doctor or clinic as a potential study site, please provide the name of the doctor and/or clinic.
4.What factors are most important to you when choosing a clinical study site? Select all that apply.
5.How important is it for you to have a clinical study site located near a major city?
6.How likely are you to participate in a clinical study for ROSAH syndrome if a site is conveniently located?
