The Gail Adinamis wegg® Award for Exemplary Global Leadership® is an annual award that honors a wegg stakeholder who has gone out of her way to connect, create, contribute, and collaborate with wegg, and forge alliances that have proven helpful. These are traits that define an exemplary global leader.

In addition, the candidate should be a:
  • Woman-led or woman-owned company.
  • Woman who runs a growing "global" company (conducts business outside USA).
  • Woman who is a global thought leader.
  • Woman who mentors and supports other women entrepreneurs and business owners.
