Household Support Fund 7: End-of-Grant Survey

1. Introduction

You have been asked to complete this monitoring survey as you received funding from the Household Support Fund 7 in September/October 2025 to cover the period 1st September 2025 - 31st March 2026. This fund was managed by Feeding Liverpool and Citizens Advice Liverpool.

The funding provided was for food stock for your organisation, to support your existing food support activities.

We are asking you to provide data for your food support activities from 1st September 2025 - 31st March 2026.

The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. When you were sent this survey link, you were also sent a copy of the questions, please read the questions in advance so you have the necessary information to complete the survey.

This survey must be completed by 11:59pm on Thursday 30th April.

These questions have been included to understand the nature, scale and impact of food support in the city as we think about the long-term sustainability of emergency and community food spaces in Liverpool. The answers to these questions will also support Feeding Liverpool when looking to secure future funding for the sector.
