Hey! Thanks for taking your time to help me out :) I am a counsellor/therapist and thinking about running mental health groups/workshops for high school age students. I know it was the hardest time in my life and I want young people to feel they can come and be able to understand and tackle their complex issues as well as feel supported and connect with others who experience the same. I'm an old bid now though so I'm keen to get your input! Thanks again :)
