The Hudson County Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) within the Department of Health and Human Services is asking social service agencies assisting the residents of Hudson County to share how current and potential federal funding and policy changes are impacting services and our population.
To this end, we ask that your agency complete the following survey, which will take 20 minutes or less to complete.
Once collected, all responses will be aggregated and analyzed. This analysis will help inform strategic planning and collaboration among agencies and stakeholders on how best to reinforce the human services infrastructure across Hudson County.
