1. WELCOME: PART 1 - HEALTH SCIENCE ACADEMY APPLICATION
Dear HSA Applicant:
Thank you for your interest in applying to the 2024 cohort (Class of 2027) of the Health Science Academy. Please read the APPLICATION AND ADMISSION PROCESS/TIMELINE information below then complete the following application for consideration of admission. Your answers will be compiled with feedback from other applicants and will be kept confidential. This information may also be used to help improve future programs. Please read the questions and responses carefully and be open and honest in your responses.
Each student must only submit one (1) online application. If you need to change your responses, please do so before exiting the application. Once you exit the application, you will not be allowed to make changes or complete another application from the same computer. If you have any questions or wish to make any changes after submitting the application, please contact the Application Committee at the following email: HSA.Application@healthscienceacademy.org. This application is DUE Friday, February 2nd.
IMPORTANT:
-Candidates should have a minimum grade of 85 in math & science, as well as an overall average of 85 (note: we will consider those not meeting the minimum grade requirements on a case-by-case basis).
-We are currently accepting applicants from all of the following HSA partner high schools:

NOTE: Students from other Brooklyn high schools are encouraged to apply for admittance to the Academy, however, partner schools applicants will be given first consideration.
