The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is creating a new plan to encompass all parks in downtown Minneapolis. This new plan will consider how parks are operated, maintained, and improved. It will include plans for all exterior facilities (ballfields, playgrounds, etc. -- but not buildings) for each neighborhood park.
