Tara Curling Club Smart Serve Survey

Smart Serve Ontario has updated some of their requirements, including a re-certification requirement. Smart Serve certificates are now valid for a 5 year period.

All Smart Serve certificates issued in 2018 or earlier will expire on June 30, 2023.

In order to ensure that we have certified bartenders available for next years' season, the Tara Curling Club is asking that all members over the age of 18 complete this short survey so we can update and maintain our database. We appreciate your co-operation.
