The Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care (OCBCC), in collaboration with the Association of Early Childhood Educators Ontario (AECEO), has undertaken a project to support the ELCC sector to address the pressing issue of staff recruitment and retention.
As part of this project, a toolkit of resources has been created and disseminated through the OCBCC website, webinars, social media and community presentations.
