Welcome to HRU's Annual External Customer Survey. We appreciate the time you are taking to answer our questions. Your responses are, of course, voluntary but critically important to HRU Management in evaluating the quality of our services.

This survey consists of 22 questions (28 if you deal with our Transportation Department and services). It should only take a few minutes to complete.
