AgriSafe Back Pain Survey

This short 5 minute survey is being conducted by the AgriSafe Network. The AgriSafe Network is a nonprofit organization that works to reduce illness and injury among farmers and ranchers.

We are working on a project aimed at reducing back pain and injury among farm and ranch workers. We are interested in your experience with back pain or back injury so that we may design clinical and educational services to reduce the occurrence of back trauma.
