The Home Repair process:
1) Homeowners apply to Habitat, providing information about their home and income.
2) We complete an affordability assessment to ensure repayments won’t put families into financial hardship.
3) Repairs are carried out using our tradespeople or trusted contractors.
Homeowners pay us back at no interest, over a period of up to five years.
