Pastoral Gifts & Characteristics Inventory

Pastoral ministry involves many aspects of giftedness. NO PASTOR can excel equally in all of these areas. This does not make them better or worse than any other pastor, since all churches need different aspects of pastoral ministry at different times. The purpose of this inventory is to assess which areas are most needed at Faith Methodist Church at this time.

Survey responses are confidential. However, please let us know if you are a member, regular worshipper, or staff. Please submit your responses by August 24. Only one response per person may be submitted.
