Sarena's Prayer Bracelet Fundraiser

Thank you so much for your interest in supporting the Nourses by purchasing a prayer bracelet. All of the proceeds for the bracelets go toward medical and living expenses for Sarena and her family.

Please fill out the following questionnaire to get the directions you need on how to submit payment, as well as to help us know where to mail the bracelet(s) you purchase. Once payment is received, we will contact you via email and mail your bracelet(s) to you.

Costs are listed beneath each payment option. Please calculate your own costs based off of how many bracelets you would like to receive, and submit them through the payment method you choose. When payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email and notification that your bracelet(s) have been mailed.

(Note: PayPal charges an additional processing and transaction fee if you select the "paying for an item/service" option, so please be aware that if you choose to pay using that method, cost will be slightly higher.)
