Thank you for your interest in NBCUniversal's HR for Good program on Wednesday, June 6th from 12pm-5pm! We're excited to learn more about your organisation in the following questions.
 
As a reminder, participants will rotate through a series of three, 50-minute consultations with experts in the following areas during the event:
1. Recruiting, Selecting, and Hiring New Staff
2. Talent & Leadership Development 
3. Team Building and Employee Engagement

During each consultation, you will engage in a problem-solving session with your NBCUniversal team for each of these three areas. Please take a few minutes to tell us more about your organisation. The questions on the following pages will ask you to consider and describe the primary challenge your organisation faces within each of these specific HR issue areas.

* 9. To ensure your organisation gets the most out of the experience, it is important to engage the appropriate stakeholders. We recommend that two representatives attend from each organisation. We require that one be a senior leader (Executive Director, Board Member, or Executive Management Team Member) who has decision-making authority within the organisation. We recommend the second participant be engaged in HR in some way within the organisation.
